かとう裕太伊藤友則市長の公職選挙法違反・政治資金規正法違反を追及 かとう裕太の一般質問 令和6年9月香取市議会定例会
2024年9月5日、令和6年9月香取市議会定例会にて、一般質問が行われました。 2日目の今日は、5人の議員が一般質問を行いました。 かとう裕太は3番目で登壇し、一般質問を行いました。 今回は、香取市の情報公開、脱炭素化への取り組み、政治活動と選挙運動について伺いました。 質問の中で、伊藤友則市長の政治資金規正法違反（政治資金収支報告書不記載）と公職選挙法違反（選挙事務所の数・休憩所等の禁止違反等）について、追及しました。 伊藤友則市長の答弁のほとんどは、「記憶がない」「担当者と話して精査する」といったものでした。 詳細は後日まとめさせていただきます。 On September 5, 2024, during the regular session of the Katori City Council in Reiwa 6 (2024), a general question session was held. On the second day, five council members posed their general questions. Yuta Kato took the podium as the third speaker to ask his general questions. This time, he inquired about Katori City's information disclosure, efforts towards decarbonization, political activities, and election campaigns. During his questions, he pursued Mayor Tomonori Ito regarding his violations of the Political Funds Control Act (failure to report in the political funds balance sheet) and the Public Offices Election Act (violations regarding the number of election offices and the prohibition on rest areas, etc.). Most of Mayor Tomonori Ito's responses were along the lines of "I don’t recall" and "I will review it after discussing with the relevant staff." A detailed summary will be provided at a later date.
