みなさんこんばんは。千葉県議会議員（香取市・香取郡神崎町・香取郡多古町選出）の、かとう裕太（加藤裕太）です。
2025年6月15日に令和7年度千葉県民の日中央行事ちばみんフェス2025 in 香取が香取市で開催されることが報道発表されました。
令和7年度は、1875年に旧新治県の一部が千葉県に編入されて、千葉県が現在の形になって150年の節目の年となること、また千葉県の「発酵県」としての魅力を発信するため、大阪・関西万博に「発酵」をテーマにしたブース出展に合わせ、発酵にゆかりのある香取市を今年の中央行事の会場とした、ということです。
会場は、香取市佐原文化会館・香取市民体育館・みんなの賑わい交流拠点コンパスとなります。
香取市佐原文化会館では、駐車場のメインステージでユネスコ無形文化遺産に登録された「佐原の大祭」で曳き廻される山車4台の入場・集合や、佐原中学校郷土芸能部による佐原囃子の披露、佐原囃子と手踊り披露、チュバチュバワンダーランドショー、元乃木坂46高山一実さんのステージイベントがあるほか、文化会館ホールでは、ちばみんタレントステージとして阿川佐和子さん・久保木一三さん（株式会社ぶれきめら代表取締役社長）、伊藤香取市長、熊谷知事によるトークセッションやチーバくんダンスステージ、千葉交響楽団、習志野市立習志野高等学校吹奏楽部、香取市立佐原中学校合唱部、香取市立小見川中学校合唱部によるコンサートが行われます。
その他、ちばみん発酵マルシェや、発行グルメを楽しめるちばみんグルメコーナー、千葉県や県内市町村・企業等による物販・体験コーナーもあります。
香取市民体育館では、次世代ステージとして、 習志野市立習志野高等学校吹奏楽部マーチングや県立佐原高等学校書道部によるパフォーマンスが行われます。
みんなの賑わい交流拠点コンパスにおいては、発酵体験コーナーやアート体験コーナー、博物館・美術館コーナーなども開設されます。
また、会場周辺では山車の特別曳き廻しも行われる予定で、メインステージに集合した山車４台（
上仲町・寺宿・下新町・東関戸）の特別曳き廻しを行うほか、スタンプラリーも実施される予定です。
当日は時期的に気温が上がることも予想されますので、こまめな水分補給などをするようにしていただければと思います。
県民の日の6月15日が日曜日となり、香取市での開催ということで、たくさんの方々にお越しいただければ嬉しいです。
It has been officially announced that Chibamin Festival 2025, the main event of Chiba Residents’ Day for FY2025, will be held in Katori City on June 15, 2025.
Official Announcement by Chiba Prefecture
The year 2025 marks the 150th anniversary of Chiba Prefecture taking on its current form, following the 1875 incorporation of part of the former Niihari Prefecture. To commemorate this milestone and promote Chiba’s identity as the “Fermentation Prefecture,” the central event will be held in Katori City, which is known for its deep connection to fermentation culture. This aligns with the prefecture’s participation in the Osaka-Kansai Expo, where Chiba will present a fermentation-themed booth.

Katori Civic Gymnasium
Community Interaction Hub “Compass”
At Sawara Cultural Hall, four traditional festival floats featured in the UNESCO-designated Sawara Grand Festival will be brought in and displayed at the main outdoor stage (parking area). The event will also feature:
Performances of Sawara Bayashi (festival music) by Sawara Junior High School’s folk performance club
A hand dance performance
The Chuba-Chuba Wonderland Show
A stage appearance by Kazumi Takayama, former member of Nogizaka46
Inside the Cultural Hall, the Chibamin Talent Stage will feature:
A talk session with Sawako Agawa, Ichizo Kuboki (President of Burekimera Inc.), Mayor Ito of Katori, and Governor Kumagai
A Chiba-kun Dance Stage
Concerts by the Chiba Symphony Orchestra, Narashino High School Wind Ensemble, and choirs from Sawara Junior High School and Omigawa Junior High School
Additional attractions include:
The Chibamin Fermentation Market, showcasing local fermented products
The Chibamin Gourmet Corner, where visitors can enjoy miso, soy sauce, dairy products, and other fermented delights
Exhibition and sales booths hosted by Chiba Prefecture, municipalities, and local companies
At the Katori Civic Gymnasium, the Next-Generation Stage will feature:
A marching performance by Narashino High School Wind Ensemble
A live calligraphy performance by the calligraphy club of Sawara High School
At the Compass Community Hub, there will be:
Fermentation Experience Workshops
Art Experience Activities
A Museum & Gallery Zone with hands-on activities and cultural exhibits
In the surrounding streets of Sawara, a special float parade will also take place. The four floats which will be assembled on the main stage—will parade through the area. In addition, a stamp rally will encourage attendees to explore the local culture and history of Sawara.
Since the event will be held in mid-June, it’s likely to be warm. We kindly ask all attendees to stay hydrated and take precautions against the heat.
With Residents’ Day falling on a Sunday this year and the event taking place in beautiful, historic Katori City, we hope many people will join us in the celebration.
