小見川祇園祭は2025年7月18日・19日・20日の3日間開催される予定です。
初日の午前中は御神輿渡御、2日目は午前9時から屋台の引き廻しと大根塚・八日市場の御神輿、3日目は午前9時から屋台の引き廻しが行われます。
また、2日目・3日目は、おまつり広場やにぎわい広場、やたい広場にステージやお店が出る予定です。
小見川祇園祭では7月19日（土曜日） 及び 7月20日（日曜日）に交通規制が行われますので、詳細をご確認ください。
土日の2日間は小見川市民センターや城山公園とおまつり広場区域を結ぶ無料シャトルバスが13時から21時まで運行されますので、そちらもご利用ください。
小見川祇園祭、大変楽しみですが3日間気温も上がりそうですので、熱中症対策などをしてお越しください。
Omigawa Gion Festival 2025 to be held on July 18, 19, and 20
Good evening, everyone.
I am Yuta Kato, a member of the Chiba Prefectural Assembly representing Katori City, Kozaki Town, and Tako Town in Katori District.
The Omigawa Gion Festival is scheduled to be held over three days, from July 18 to July 20, 2025.
On the morning of the first day, a portable shrine (mikoshi) procession will take place.
On the second day, starting at 9:00 a.m., there will be floats paraded through the streets along with the two mikoshi.
On the third day, starting at 9:00 a.m., floats will once again be paraded.
In addition, on the second and third days, stages and food stalls will be set up at the Festival Plaza, the Nigiwai Plaza, and the Yatai Plaza.
Please note that traffic restrictions will be in place on Saturday, July 19, and Sunday, July 20, during the Omigawa Gion Festival. Be sure to check the details in advance.
On both Saturday and Sunday, a free shuttle bus will run from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. between Omigawa Civic Center, Joyama Park, and the Festival Plaza area, so please make use of this service.
The Omigawa Gion Festival is something we are all looking forward to.
It is expected to be hot over the three days, so please take precautions against heatstroke and come enjoy the festival safely.
