2025年4月11日、令和7年4月臨時県議会に向けて、議会運営委員会が開催されました。
千葉県知事選挙後初の議会運営委員会となりますので、熊谷俊人知事も出席され、ごあいさつと提出議案のご説明をいただきました。
かとう裕太は委員外委員として出席し、発言をいたしました。
会議では4月18日に開催予定の令和7年4月臨時県議会の議会運営について話し合われました。
正式に決定するのは臨時議会で、となりますが、かとう裕太は、総合企画企業常任委員会に所属し、一般質問は毎年2月定例県議会で行うこととなりそうです。
千葉県議会の定数は95となっており、たくさんの議員が質問をされますので、一般質問の機会は年に1回となるようです。
かとう裕太はこれまで、香取市議会では全ての定例会で一般質問を行ってきましたので、回数としては少なくなりますが、その分しっかりと質問を準備して臨みたいと思います。
控室には机や書棚、ロッカーなどが用意されていました。
たくさん資料を持ち込んでも大丈夫そうですので、議会活動、政務活動等にしっかりと臨んで参ります。
On April 11, 2025, the Steering Committee of the Prefectural Assembly was held in preparation for the April 2025 Extraordinary Chiba Prefectural Assembly (Reiwa 7).
As this was the first Steering Committee meeting following the Chiba gubernatorial election, Governor Toshihito Kumagai was in attendance to offer his greetings and explain the proposed agenda items.
Yuta Kato attended the meeting as a non-member participant and made remarks during the session.
The committee discussed how the upcoming Extraordinary Prefectural Assembly, scheduled for April 18, will be conducted.
Official decisions will be made at the Extraordinary Assembly itself, but it appears that Yuta Kato will be assigned to the Standing Committee on Comprehensive Planning and Corporate Affairs, and his general interpellation (individual questioning session) will likely be held during the regular February session each year.
The Chiba Prefectural Assembly has 95 members, and many legislators wish to speak, so it seems that general interpellations are typically limited to once per year.
In the Katori City Council, Yuta Kato made general interpellations at every regular session, so while the frequency will be reduced, he is determined to thoroughly prepare for each opportunity to speak.
The members’ room was equipped with desks, bookshelves, and lockers.
It seems there’s ample space to bring in many documents, so I will fully dedicate myself to legislative and political duties moving forward.
